Du inviteres hermed til åbning på soloudstillingen "I saw the boy break out of his skin. My heart turned over and I crawled in" af Mads Hyldgaard, på udstillingsstedet Ex Nihilo, lørdag d. 1 april, fra kl. 16-20. Til åbningen serveres der kolde øl og vin, og fra kl. 18 spiller den fantastiske Spiracle en lille koncert i udstillingsrummet. Udstillingen løber i sin helhed fra d. 1. april til d. 1. juni, 2023.

The 1st of April we invite you to join us at the opening of the exhibition "I saw the boy break out of his skin. My heart turned over and I crawled in" by artist Mads Hyldgaard Nielsen. There will be a concert by Spiracle starting at 18. In the presented works Nielsen labels his paintings as "cosmic eroticism". Using classic painting techniques Nielsen is inspired by Bataille and ancient greek culture utilising it in his grand paintings that are as violent as they are beautiful. We hope to see you for a beer or a glass of wine!
