HYMEN magazine is a Norwegian art magazine showcasing young artist from across the globe. Throughout each issue we will introduce you to a new group of artists with artwork created exclusively for HYMEN. Each issue explores one individual theme, which the artists interpret freely. HYMEN's first issue was based on the word Real, the second on the phrase I’m The Only One, and this issue is all about SUCCESS.
HYMEN Issue 3: SUCCESS
SUCCESS is a word that’s important for a lot of young artist these days. In this issue we will introduce you to a group of young artists that have interpreted the word in their own way through their art and texts.

Fretin's project 'Mutations' explores painting as a phenomenon. It captures several states of the painting's process through his project's protocol. Read more about the project here.
